By 2030, Europe must reduce CO2 emissions by 55%, and Ceba Ingranaggi also wants to play its part. The company has always had a keen eye on the environment and climate change. For this reason, we have invested a lot of resources in optimizing our internal processes and reducing our carbon footprint.
We have a machine for compacting metal chips that creates metallic bricks for better waste material storage while simultaneously recovering the oils in the scrap. Following specific treatments, these bricks can be used for new processing.

Our photovoltaic system covers the entire company premises, thus contributing to the reduction of energy consumption and to lower CO2 emissions into the atmosphere.
Ceba Ingranaggi has developed a process for recovering oils used in the machining of its machinery.
Operations such as turning, drilling, grinding, milling, and shaping produce a metal chip that then remains soaked in the oils used to cool the bits and blades.
