Quality policy 2025
Quality policy 2025
As already discussed in the end-of-year speech to the workforce, 2024 was a good year—though not as strong as 2023, still a positive one.
The redistribution of processes among the various production facilities is now well established, with each site operating according to its designated function and with scheduled and enhanced transport logistics. No inefficiencies have been reported in this regard.
The issue of space, which is not urgent at the moment, is expected to be further addressed through an increase in covered surface area, likely during the year.
The critical issue of delivery times, which management has addressed by investing in new resources—both machinery and personnel—is also improving, partly due to a decrease in the order backlog in the second half of the year.
Despite this, General Management has decided to purchase a Klingelnberg bevel gear hobbing machine, identical to the G50 already in operation at CEBA 2, for 2025. CEBA INGRANAGGI is increasingly specializing in the production of bevel gears, a product category that is complex to manufacture and not always offered by competitors.
For the first time, CEBA1 now features an internal NC (Non-Conformity) list to inform the workforce. This tool is also being reviewed for other sites, which are not yet officially notified.
To approach 2025 in the best possible way, CEBA INGRANAGGI reaffirms its key objectives:
- Consolidate its achieved production capacity, both in terms of workshop space and improved machine tool layout.
- Perform precise machining within the appropriate timeframe, ensuring technological leadership while meeting customer requirements.
- Maintain continuous and transparent relationships with customers and suppliers to foster both technical and economic collaboration.
- Continue to invest in training and development of internal resources, focusing specifically on processes critical to CEBA INGRANAGGI, particularly grinding and bevel gear production.
- Ensure low-risk machining cycles with well-maintained and/or timely replaced tooling.
- Avoid shift work, which has always been contrary to the company’s principles.
